Surely Ant is one of the UK’s hottest Techno producers today. He’s well known around the planet for his inspiring Powertools releases and here are seventeen trailblazin’ cuts mixed ‘Live’ so ya can really feel the energy flexin’ throughout. There are collaborations with New York’s Industrial Strength legend Lenny Dee, Stay Up Forever’s Chris Liberator, Raw’s Guy McAffer and Racetrax wizard Sterling Moss. Start to finish it’s wave upon wave of warped out groundbreaking funk and it’s difficult to suggest high points cuz it’s all so f*ckin’ awesome! A shining retrospective from a bloody marvellous label and an inspiring producer. It’s even got my fave all time Powertooler ‘Surge’ (PT#20 — Cd Trk 4).
